Promised Valley Sentinel

Kent Goodliffe of Provo, Utah, graduated from Brigham Young University in 1970 with a BFA, and earned an MFA there in 1972. He was a member of the art department faculty at BYU and then with Utah Valley College. He is a realistic painter and draftsman working in a traditional, even academic or classical manner. Goodliffe is noted for his figure studies, portraits, religious themes and illustrations.
