Trent Alvey is a mixed-media artist who uses painting, assemblage, sculpture, light and sound technique in the creation of her work, which has been called both “”pop”” and “”contemporary.”” She earned a BFA and a degree in Communications at Westminster College of Salt Lake City in 1985. Alvey was given The Mayor’s Award in the Arts in 2011 and was chosen as one of Artists of Utah’s 15 Most Influential Artists in 2014.
