This very talented Provo, Utah artist holds BA and MFA degrees earned at Brigham Young University in 1976 and 1981 respectively. He worked at the famous Tamarind Institute in Albuquerque, N.M. with Moishe Smith of Utah State University, and under Conrad Schwable in conjunction with Oceanworks Printshop lithography program in Newport Beach, California in 1983. Belingheri typically works and reworks his mixed media on paper creations to produce highly sensitive special abstractions consisting of texture and marks.
