This collaborative project between four artists is located along the Jordan River Parkway: a 40-mile trail system that parallels the Jordan River, from Utah Lake to the Great Salt Lake. The artists created a labyrinth, a series of benches and low walls using pavers, colored concrete and mosaic tiles depicting animals, fish, and vegetation native to the river. They held workshops with surrounding community organizations to elicit ideas and enlisted youth volunteers to help construct the work; providing team building exercises and educational opportunities.
