Fees & Deposit for Full Day Rental: The Rental Fee is $500 + $100 refundable damage & cleaning deposit for a total fee of $600. Large groups, concerts and corporate events will be charged an additional $200-$400 depending on the size of the event and accommodations needed. A special event permit may also be required. Only full day rentals are accepted and include use of the area from 7am-11pm. The full rental fee and deposit must be made at the time of booking in order to hold the reservation date.
