Kurt Proctor

Originally from a small purebred cattle farm in western Oregon, Kurt Proctor came to Utah in 1990 as an employee of the federal government. He continues to work as an Air Traffic Controller in addition to being the Producing Director of Utah Contemporary Theatre. As an actor, Kurt has been seen at Salt Lake Acting Company, Pioneer Theatre, and Park City’s Egyptian Theatre. As a director, Kurt has directed a number of UCT’s productions including, Talking Wales III, Dirty Blonde, and most recently Souvenir. His full length play, Roundup will be produced by UCT in November of 2009 at the Rose Wagner Studio Theatre.
