Arts Council Board Treasurer

The Salt Lake City Arts Council is seeking residents interested in joining the Arts Council Board for a Treasurer position. Interested candidates should have robust experience with accounting, financial management, and budgeting. Experience in the arts is not required, but we enthusiastically welcome any experience in arts engagement. This is a volunteer position that works with the Executive & Deputy Director and Office Manager of the Arts Council. Board members are appointed by the Salt Lake City Mayor and confirmed by the Salt Lake City Council. Terms are three years with option for renewal.

Board members are paid a $40 stipend per meeting they are in attendance, not to exceed $500 per year.
