Auditions for High Valley Arts' outdoor summer show "Fiddler on the Roof" will be held at 210 East Main, Midway, Utah (park in back; go down the stairs) on April 16 and April 18 from 7-9 p.m.  This is High Valley Arts' 17th year of presenting an outdoor show in Midway and because of the excellence every year, it is a sold-out event with people who plan their vacations around performances.

Show plays July 5-20. Rehearsals begin April 23.  Go to HighValleyArts.org/Fiddler on the Roof and click on the audition packet to get a list of roles available, rehearsal and performance schedule, and audition signup opportunity.  We are looking particularly for male bottle dancers as well as male lead roles.  Lead female roles also are available.  All males will be encouraged to grow facial hair.

Travel stipend paid those driving from Provo or the Salt Lake City area. All performers also receive a stipend.

Auditioners should prepare 1 minute of a song in the style of the show. An accompanist will be provided or you can bring your accompaniment music on your phone.

The show will be directed by David Thorpe. Christie Moulton is choreographer, Daniel Clegg music director, and Carolyn Robison set designer.
