Chase Home Museum Administrator

Description: The Division of Arts and Museums is currently seeking a qualified individual to administer the Chase Home Museum of Utah Folk Arts on a full-time basis. The incumbent will oversee the daily operations of the museum, including opening and closing procedures and staff the reception desk. In addition to daily operations, this person will assist with exhibition planning and installation, conduct research as relevant to the history of the Chase Home as well as traditional arts and folklife within Utah, supplement existing educational materials, and manage the social media presence for the museum.

The incumbent is expected to work 40 hours a week, Tuesday through Saturday, with extended hours on Wednesdays. Set schedule to be determined upon hire. This is a paid, hourly position. The hourly wage for this position is $25/hour, and includes full benefits.
