Pay Rate Range 32,000-38,000
Coordinates marketing and communications to maximize sales, create brand awareness and ensure effective internal and external communications.
Plan, coordinate and implement an effective internal and external public relations program designed to keep the public (both on and off-campus) informed of the events, programs, and achievements of the Department of Theatre including:
Establish time lines for the development, draft review, and production of publicity and printing projects
Write press releases, flyers, public service announcements, advertisements, and feature articles
Coordinate and implement promotional materials for both the production season and academic program, including but not limited to:
Design, printing, mailing, delivery, and mounting of promotional materials, production programs, advertising, recruiting, department newsletter, etc.
Design and write content for social media and department website
Work with Department of Theatre Chair and office staff in facilitating and advertising education and community engagement initiatives
Maintain all announcement mailing lists
Set up ticketing (individual ticket sales and season ticket subscriptions) for all Department of Theatre events
Coordinate public events
Collaborate with the College of Fine Arts Marketing and Communication team
Oversee work of a part-time graphic designer
