Operations Assistant

Nitya Nritya Foundation (www.nityanritya.com) is a Utah based non-profit whose mission is to bring the rich diversity of the Indian classical arts to the valley.

We invite applications for a part-time, project based administrative & operations assistant for the period July 15 to Sept 15.

Skills required:

• Management of social media feeds.
• Manage event e-blasts and subscriber list.
• Manage newsletter formatting & distribution.
• Manage event e-blasts to media.
• Assistant in production management during arts events (Specifically Sep 7-8-9, 2024).
• Work as liaison with schools for events related to schools.
• Ensure periodic follow ups on some types of email correspondence and keep a track of time-lines for time-bound work by different contributors.
• Be flexible with respect to changing work needs especially closer to events.

Compensation is negotiable.
