Project Coordinator III - Bastian Agriculture Center

The Project Coordinator will support the planning and fund development of the Bastian Agriculture Center (BAC), a new 100-acre farm facility highlighting 4-H Youth Development, STEM education, urban agriculture, and conference center owned and operated by Utah State University Extension.
The Project Coordinator will be part of the Extension Youth Programs department. They will oversee further planning and support the fund development team to design and manage the four primary functions and activities of BAC: (1) 4-H Youth Development and STEM Education, (2) Urban Agriculture (3) Food Preservation and Production and (4) Natural Resources.
The position provides a unique opportunity to lead the development and implementation of a creative and entrepreneurial business plan as the BAC continues to develop both infrastructure and programing. The BAC Director will have numerous opportunities to support programs across multiple areas including 4-H Youth Development, Agriculture and Natural Resources, Family and Consumer Sciences, STEM education, outdoor recreation, and hospitality. In addition to supervising the day to day operations of BAC, the director will provide leadership to the continued long-term development of BAC as called for by the BAC Advisory Board and USU Administration.
