10 AM TUESDAY YOGA w/ Meg Hinds

A medium paced yoga flow for mindfulness and rejuvenation.
Get your body breathing, up and moving, and into some deep stretching.

I offer different layers to make poses more accessible to all and to challenge those that want it.

This class isn’t about doing headstands for selfies. (Nothing against selfies or headstands) It’s about keeping your body in good shape, maintaining well being , & practicing mindfulness to take to your daily life so we may prosper and have a full cup to then enrich the world around us.

This class is structured as my regular Tuesday class at Baile Studio in Sugarhouse. Until we can gather again I will be holding classes online.
You must pm me your email and what class you are interested in and I will send links to class meetings. Most links will be sent 10-15 minutes prior to class time.

Regular class is a $10 drop in
I will be doing a Pay-what-you-can for these classes right now. Like myself , many are out of work, so I understand things are tight. I would rather you attend than not if finances are holding you back. We all need yoga, mindfulness, breathing, & community right now.
