2024 Levente Medveczky Student Scholarship Competition Concert

The Utah Baroque Ensemble is pleased to present the 15th Annual Levente Medveczky Student Scholarship Competition.  On March 18th, several excellent Utah County student musicians will come together before two judges and a live audience to perform a piece of baroque music and demonstrate their mastery of the baroque musical style in competition for a $500 scholarship.

The competition will be held at 7:00 p.m. on March 18, 2024 in the Ashton Auditorium at the Orem Public Library. The public is welcome to attend this free concert but we request you leave babies and little ones who might fidget at home.

The first place winner will perform his or her piece at the Sunday, April 14th concert of the Utah Baroque Ensemble which will be held at 7:30 p.m. at 481 E. Center Street, Orem. Please come and support our talented student musicians!
