Digital Camera Basics Workshop

Learn basic camera controls and settings. We will also cover subjects to photograph along with light and composition.
The second half will be hands-on, taking photos with your camera and learning how to archive and print your photos.
Don’t forget to bring your digital camera or cell phone with a fully charged battery.
Limit 20 participants • Ages 15 and up
Cost $35

Bring payment with you on the day of the workshop in cash or a check made out to “Washington City Arts Council.

INSTRUCTOR: Michael Kirk attended Art school in San Francisco and specializes in landscape, documentary, and architectural photography. He produced 20 “Leica in the Landscape” workshops for Leica Camera that he taught for six years. For the past three years, he has been teaching his own “American West Workshops” throughout the western United States.
