Art Exhibitions by Downy Doxey-Marshall and Laura Sharp Wilson

The Finch Lane Gallery is hosting new exhibitions by Downy Doxey-Marshall and Laura Sharp Wilson. Doxey-Marshall’s Bloom is a celebration of spring, where the blossoms diffuse the urban landscape and uplift our spirits with the promise of renewal and hope. Downy has explored a myriad of artistic mediums, including watercolor, oil paint, egg tempera, pigmented ink, embroidery on raw linen, and mixed media. Wilson’s botanical imagery in Gilding the Lily: A Choreography explores her upbringing in a rural patch of New Jersey in the 1970’s. Laura is a multimedia artist whose practice is focused on painting, installation, and public art.

Finch Lane Gallery is free of charge and open to the public Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (open Tuesday till 8:30pm).
