It is the oldest Latin American folk dancing group in the state of Utah with dancers from many Latin American countries and the United States. It started in 1979 so this year is its 42nd Anniversary. This group has been sponsored by the Centro Cívico Mexicano for 40 years. The purpose of the group is to represent the Latin American heritage and culture through music and dance while promoting unity, love, and friendship.
