Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength-building and muscular endurance. Circuit class focuses on the Upper Body, Core & Trunk, Lower Body, and Full Body.
This is a fast-paced class, moving from one exercise to the next. It is high volume but low resistance.
