Eat Right During the COVID Fight

Join us Thursday, April 23, 2020, at 4 p.m. for our first Facebook Live event – Eat Right During the COVID Fight. We will provide relatable information and resources to help people with their cooking routines during the Stay Safe, Stay Home initiative.

Over the course of 40 minutes, our RDs will share prepared nutrition info, discuss popular at-home cooking and eating topics, and you’ll have the opportunity to ask one of our University of Utah Health Registered Dietitians any question you might have about healthy eating ideas while social distancing and working with limited resources.
