Our popular Family Yoga program returns to the Museum this fall, with Sunday morning classes taking place once a month. The first session starts September 15 at 10:30 a.m.

Hosted by Kidding Around Yoga instructor Sarah Bly, each session runs for one hour. Utilizing original music, games, sensory play, meditation, and deep relaxation techniques, Sarah will help both children and parents focus their minds and stretch their bodies.

Family Yoga is geared toward 3–10 year olds accompanied by an adult or chaperone. Prices start at just $10 and adults attend for free. Register online today to join Sarah this fall and see what all the fuss is about!
