Performances were planned for the Janet Quinney Lawson Capitol Theatre December 17^th to 23^rd; however, In response to the rising cases of COVID-19, Salt Lake County Mayor Jennifer Wilson and the County Health Department have closed Salt Lake County Arts & Culture venues – Abravanel Hall, Capitol Theatre, Eccles Theater, Rose Wagner Performing Arts – for public performances effective November 23 – December 31. This decision was made out of an abundance of caution to minimize the spread of COVID-19 and to protect the health and safety of the community.

Conceived, Directed and Choreographed by the creator of Thriller Derryl Yeager to an original score by Sam Cardon, It’s A Wonderful Life is based on the classic holiday film. Driven by circumstance to the point of no return, George Bailey gets the chance to see the world as it would have been without him, and he realizes his ordinary life is really extraordinary.
