Highlights and Shadow, Ventilation and Lace: Hair and Makeup at the Festival

Join with Festival Hair and Makeup Director and Wigmaster Dana Rochester as she describes and answers questions about makeup; the creation of beards, mustaches, and wigs; what it means to “front” a wig; maintenance; special effects; and more. She will highlight the challenges and opportunities within a theatre company where actors sometimes play multiple roles and how the various artists at the Festival aid in the creation of different designs. This virtual seminar will be moderated by Production Director Richard Girtain.
