Keep It Movin' Class

This class is designed for anyone who may want a gentler approach to fitness. Music from the 40s, 50s & 60s provides the inspiration to get moving! Low impact, strength training, and balance work combined with a fun atmosphere.

People who exercise tend to have improved immune and digestive functioning, better blood pressure and bone density, and a lower risk of Alzheimer’s disease, diabetes, obesity, heart disease, osteoporosis, and certain cancers. Enhances mobility, flexibility, and balance.

Bethne leads this class every Monday and Wednesday at 10 am.
