Knitted Pumpkins DIY Workshop with Craft Lake City

Celebrate autumn and the harvest season with us at our Knitted Pumpkins DIY workshop! In this class, attendees will learn the basics of knitting as they craft their own adorable plush pumpkins just in time for Halloween. Instructor Kristin Baird of Hey Kitty Rae will teach attendees the differences between yarns and tools used for this craft, the two elemental stitches of knitting, casting on/off, and seaming. Take these techniques to the next level and create handmade gifts for friends and loved ones this holiday season, and maybe even indulge in creating some cozy new knitwear for yourself, too! All supplies are provided, and fiber-arts beginners are welcome. Attendees will each receive a bonus $10 gift card to Waffle Love, courtesy of Valley Fair!
