Morning Yoga Class

In this restorative yoga class focus on strength and flexibility and leave you feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. All yoga materials are provided. You may bring your own mat if you wish though and a towel if you tend to need one. Bring your own water bottle or we provide free bottled water.

No previous experience is required. Please let us know if you are pregnant or require any modifications due to injury, knee, or back pain. This class can be done seated. Dress code: Yoga pants, leggings any color, t-shirt, tank, shorts. Try to wear clothes that don\’t move too much as not to show your underwear when you bend over. You can bring your own mat, block, and straps if desired. We provide mats, blocks, and straps. Bring your own towel or yoga blanket if you need it for sweating or extra neck support.
