Red Rock Dance Festival

A 3-day modern dance workshop accompanied by a professional performance by the Texas-based company SOULESCAPE and a choreography showcase will take place at the Eccles building at DSU May 30th through June 1st, with performances 7:30, Fri. & Sat.

The Red Rock Dance Festival presents SOULESCAPE, a Texas-based professional dance company specializing in all forms of dance. The performance features exciting modern and contemporary pieces that inspire, challenge, and elevate. SOULESCAPE performs at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, May 31, 2019 on the Eccles Main Stage at Dixie State University.

Graphic Designer; UDAM Teaching Artist | David received his BFA in Illustration from Brigham Young University in 2006. In 2008, he became one of the first illustrators to become a Children’s Book Design Fellow at Chronicle Books in San Francisco. For the next eight years, David continued to work as an illustrator and designer, both in-house and freelance. Then, In 2017, he earned his MFA in Studio Art, with a Graphic Design emphasis, from The University of Utah.
