Shine as the Light: A Benefit Concert for the Food and Care Coalition

Come enjoy the amazing sounds of brass band music! Selections include classics you’ll know and love and new pieces that you’re sure to enjoy, including solos by Bix Hollenbach (Soprano Cornet) and Michael McCawley (Tuba).

Admission is free, but donations are encouraged to help benefit the Food and Care Coalition’s subsidized housing project (see details below).

Where the money will go:

Food and Care Coalition is currently building 72 new apartment units behind their facility in South Provo that are scheduled to be completed this summer.  These units will provide subsidized housing to low-income individuals and families to help them escape from homelessness and be in a place they can call home.  They are designed around a pocket neighborhood concept and will be accompanied with wrap-around support services and security.  Details available at:  https://foodandcare.org/housing-project/
