Social Anxiety and Self-Confidence Course

This workshop is held in a safe, judgement-free environment. Our instructors help you comfortably come out of your shell using fun, interactive exercises. These activities are designed to help participants build confidence and reduce social anxiety through improvisation.

The improv lessons provide much more than laughing with each other! Participants will learn about the power of positive self-talk, how playing is self-care, and some strategies for managing unhelpful thoughts and emotions. And like any of our classes, you just might make a few friends along the way. All folks are welcome regardless of race, gender, orientation, status, age, or ability!

WHEN

Every TUESDAY for 5 weeks starting Tuesday Nov 7th- December 5th, 2023 (skipping the week of Thanksgiving).

6PM to 7:30PM at Sugar Space Studios 132 S 800 W, Salt Lake City, UT.

OPTIONAL Student Showcase – Dec 10th, 7PM

This is for students–mixed with some of our pros–to perform their newly learned skills for friends and family. To participate in the show in a supportive environment. Students are welcome to just watch the show to their comfort level.

COST

$200 with 5 weeks of class + Show, Pay as you go options available just come the first week of class and we can get you signed up. $50 single session payments are available! We can work with vou and your budget needs.
