UFA 2022 Flute Festival

Join us for our largest annual event. Come see recitals, classes, and check out lots of flutes and other accessories in our exhibit area.

Schedule of Events
All three morning classes will be available both in person and online. Afternoon events, including the concerts, will only be available in person.

9:00 am: Meet the Vendors (In Person Only)
– Come try flutes and check out accessories from a wide variety of flute vendors.
9:30 am: Flute Repair Basics (In Person and Online)
– Join us to learn some basics for repairing and maintaining your instrument.

To help streamline checking participants into the event, please register online and bring your confirmation email as your ticket to get in.

Due to the ongoing Covid situation, we will be complying with Westminster’s no food policy, and lunches may not be eaten inside Westminster facilities.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

If your event is being affected, canceled, or postponed due to the response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis, please provide the details below.:

Covid Safety Precautions In an effort to keep all performers, judges, and audience members safe, the Utah Flute Association requires that all performers present a Covid-19 vaccination card and respond to a health check at the entrance to the event. Non-vaccinated performers will be required to show a negative rapid test that is less than 2 days old. Failure to do so will result in the loss of the performance opportunity with no refund for any fees paid. Performers will be required to wear a mask regardless of vaccination status when not on stage. Audience members will be required to wear a mask regardless of vaccination status. The Utah Flute Association will keep on top of current Covid-19 health trends and CDC recommendations, and we reserve the right to adjust our parameters if need be.
