UVYSO presents concert featuring the Cheney Cellists, Dr. Carey Alain Cheney and Dr. Elliott Cheney as soloists, in Dvorak's "Silent Woods" and Popper's Polonaise. Works also by Hanson, Delibes and Dmitri Shostakovich's Suite for Variety Orchestra No. 1 (known formerly as the Jazz Suite). Conductors Dr. Cheung Chau, Dr. Terry Hill and Dr. Blanka Bednarz.
