Vineyard Earth Day 2024

Vineyard City, in collaboration with the Utah Lake Authority, is excited to announce an Earth Day Beautification project at Utah Lake.
This project will focus on enhancing the beauty of Vineyard City’s Lakeshore and surrounding trails, with the goal of restoring the shoreline of Utah Lake. We aim to achieve this by planting native plants, with a target of 3,000 plants to be planted, on April 20th.
Volunteers will meet at Sunset Beach Park in Vineyard, working down the trail from there. Participants will be divided into small groups to facilitate an assembly-line style of planting.
All necessary supplies will be provided, although we encourage volunteers to bring extra gloves and sunscreen if available.
The first 150 volunteers will receive a free tee-shirt!
