Voyager Lecture Series: Jerry Harris: The Making of Plants

Plants used to live only in water millions of years ago. In fact, they didn’t even look like today’s plants…plants’ ancestors were algae. Eventually, they evolved to find their way onto land and make use of a completely new environment. Even though moving to land had its perks, it also had its problems.
