Yoga & Beer

The Gateway, Salt Lake Power Yoga and Squatters | Wasatch bring back YOGA & BEER, a weekly FREE event to clear your mind this fall and winter season. The talented instructors at Salt Lake Power Yoga will lead this series with a power flow yoga, integrating optional Squatters | Wasatch beer drinking postures. All levels of yogis and beer drinkers are welcome. Yoga is free. Squatters | Wasatch beers are $5.

No experience needed—all shapes, sizes, and ability levels welcome and supported! Classes will be held every Wednesday at 6 p.m. at The Gateway at 12 S. Rio Grande St.

This is a free event but preregistration is required for each date as space is limited. Tickets will be available every Monday. Get your ticket here!

**Note: If the date is sold out, add yourself to the wait-list and we will contact you if tickets are released. If you are unable to make it, please cancel your reserved tickets on Eventbrite so others are able to attend.**

Socially Distant Event Guideline:

Spots will be 6 ft apart from each other.
Must bring a mask and wear it if you are moving through event area. You can remove it once you are on your mat.
Hand sanitizer stations will be available in event area.
Restrooms nearby will available.
