What to Expect:

Our classes blend gentle yoga poses, stretching exercises, and breathing practices with a traditional 12-step style meeting. Through these practices, you’ll discover the power of embodiment and learn to listen to your body’s signals. By combining the wisdom of yoga with the structure of the 12 Steps, you’ll have a comprehensive toolkit for lasting recovery and personal growth.

Classes are led by Steve Jones, LCSW & Owner/Founder of Full Circle Yoga & Therapy. Steve is a licensed therapist, a certified yoga instructor & long-time yoga student, and recently celebrated 17 years of sobriety.
