This training will help you offer yoga for people who are:
Living in a Aging Body
Living with chronic pain
Have limited mobility due to illness, injury or disease such as MS or Parkinsons
Suffer from arthritis or inflammation in the joints
Working at a desk all day
New to yoga
Have difficulty standing for long periods of time
Dates: August 22-23, 2020
Time: 9am to 5pm
Location: Zoom (once you register you will receive a link to join)
Includes: 25 Hours of curriculum and practicum, a certificate of completion making you a “Yoga for Active Aging Specialist”, lots of networking with others who are teaching (or want to teach) to this population, and knowing that you are making aging better for many people in your community!
