Yoga Storytime and Songs with Lizzy Luna is back, with a special series video series of yoga programs designed for children up to age 9. Lizzy Luna’s unique program incorporates yoga-position-inspired characters and settings along with original music and interactive movements. Children can learn and practice animal, plant, and other yoga positions. Yoga can help strengthen young bodies, minds, and imaginations, and encourage relaxation and mindfulness.

It is up to parents and caregivers to assess whether they or the children in their care are ready for this class.
