Old Capital Arts Festival
This festival originated in 1997 and continues to grow every year. The theme for the festival is “The Pioneering Spirit”.
Hosted by the Fillmore Civic Arts Council at the Territorial Statehouse Park in Fillmore, the two day event features Fine Arts and Crafts Booths, Pioneer Demonstrations, Live Entertainment and is free to the public.
