Project Connection is meeting our community’s mental health challenges head-on by helping individuals move through shame and trauma to create a more connected, wholehearted society.

It is our mission to provide trusted and accessible mental health services and create a network of strong community partnerships who work with us to help our clients can find, foster, and celebrate connected lives. Patterns of disconnection, from attachment patterns to trauma in the context of our relationships can affect our identity, emotions, physiology ability to connect with others.

We believe this is done by helping clients remove the barriers preventing mental wellness through access to quality mental health services that are evidence-based and trauma-informed.

We also believe that people do better when they are connected with others, with their community, with their passions, with their story.
