Squaremoon Studio creates architecture and art focused on creative exploration of contemporary problems through the use of technology and design innovation.
Created and directed by Doug Staker, Squaremoon’s work reflects the use of cutting edge technology, engagement with current architectural discourse, and engagement with social issues not of an architectural nature. Squaremoon seeks to engage in issues where thoughtful design and an architectural perspective can bring valuable insight. Squaremoon also believes architectural discourse is more valuable when connected to the realities and experiences of life, such as visual and spatial perception, construction techniques, and construction materials. Squaremoon positions its work in relation to history, engaging relevant topics by a comparative relationship with historical treatment and perspectives.
Squaremoon focuses on effective client communication, efficient project management, and excellent, thoughtful, and forward-thinking design.
