About the Meditation Talk:
Buddha’s teachings on exchanging self with others allow us to let go of our self-centered approach to life and to open our hearts and truly empathize with others. The more we learn to see the world from others\’ point of view, the more our empathy will grow. This will not only help us in all of our relationships, it will naturally inspire great meaning within our life. In this way we develop universal compassion, the most altruistic and beneficial mind of all, and the springboard from which enlightenment will arise.
Keli Vaughan will be teaching directly in reference to Geshe Kelsang Gyatso\’s book →The New Eight Steps to Happiness.
