Take your hand lettering skills to the next level with this 6 week, advanced hand lettering workshop. This class is specifically for hand lettering artists with previous experience doing brush lettering, faux-calligraphy, sans serif and serif lettering. You’ll build your skills by exploring new styles and pushing yourself to finesse the skills you already have. We’ll focus on composition, layout and refining sketches into finished pieces, so you’ll feel confident when creating your own hand lettered pieces.

Pencil (mechanical or wood)
Microns or other felt-tipped pens - 01, 03, 05 (or whatever sizes you prefer)
Brush pen of your choice (Tombow dual tip, Fudenosuke, or Zebra brush pens are great)
Grid or plain paper for sketching (sketchbooks will work, too!)
Ruler
Eraser of your choice (I prefer the Prismacolor Art Gum erasers and/or the General's Factis Mechanical Eraser)
Optional
Any additional supplies you like to use for hand lettering
iPad with Procreate or Adobe Apps
Watercolors / gouache
Chalkboard / chalk / chalk markers
