Citizen Kane: 100 Year Anniversary Black & White Series

Presented by Peery's Egyptian Theater at Peery's Egyptian Theater

Come join us as we celebrate our 100th Year at Peery's Egyptian Theater!

Peery's Egyptian Theater when originally built it was solely a movie house. This year we want to go back to our roots and celebrate some of our favorite black and white films that have been released through the decades.

The plot of Citizen Kane centres on the rise and fall of publishing magnate Charles Foster Kane. Following Kane's death at the start of the film, a reporter interviews those who knew Kane in an attempt to better understand his life and the meaning of “Rosebud,” his last word.
