COVID-19 UPDATE: Please check with individual organizations and venues for specific requirements regarding health precautions.
Staying compliant with recommendations from our Governor’s COVID-19 task force, and Weber County Department of Health, the following policies have been put into place for all events being held at Peery’s Egyptian Theater:
MASKS ARE REQUIRED
There will be increased hand and sanitizers available throughout the building, entrances, restrooms, etc. We will continue our increased efforts to sanitize and clean surfaces throughout the building, and between events.
Continued monitoring of our employees for any symptoms prior to work shift, and anyone showing symptoms will not be permitted to work. Employees and patrons required to wear masks when in the building.
So that groups do not congregate in our lobby area, we will open outside Theater doors 30 minutes prior to the start of the event, and have our hallways marked to adhere to the 6 ft. spacing restrictions. We will follow the social distancing guidelines in the lobby as well as seating in the auditorium by limiting the occupancy.
A 6-foot radius between household families while sitting in the theater will be maintained throughout the moderate and low-risk phases. This will determine how many patrons will be allowed into the theater for events as to ensure a safe radius. The theater will also be setting up an established window for those groups that are at high-risk to come into the theater at an earlier time prior to event lessening any contact with others.
We will be maintaining six (6) feet of distance between patrons in
