Mushrooms are a wonderful ingredient to use in a variety of different cuisines from Asian to French to Italian. This unique ingredient can even stand alone as its own dish when prepared properly. This workshop will explore some easy and delicious ways to cook with mushrooms. You will learn about how to properly clean, handle and prepare mushrooms of different varieties. We will use fresh and dried mushrooms including porcini, shiitaki, enoki, cremini and Portobello. This hands-on class is limited to 12 and requires 48 hour advanced registration.
