Westminster College celebrates National Girls & Women in Sports Day on Feb. 7, 2015, with a sports and recreation clinic for girls aged 6-14. Various activities from pickleball to Hip Hop dancing. The 2015 theme is “Game On.” All events are open to the public and are located in the Dolores Doré Eccles Health, Wellness, and Athletic Center.
Girls’ Sports and Recreation Clinic:
The sports and recreation clinic is open to girls, aged 6–14, and all skill levels are welcome to participate. The clinic will feature: hip-hop dancing, rock climbing, basketball, volleyball, soccer, track and field/cross country, table tennis, swimming, yoga, lacrosse, martial arts, Zumba, golf, fitness fun, kayaking and pickleball.

2:30 – 2:30 p.m. Clinic registration and check in
2:30 – 3:15 p.m. Session I
3:30 – 4:15 p.m. Session II
4:30 – 5:15 p.m. Session III
5:15 – 5:30 p.m. Snacks and certificates
