Tomatoes are the favorite of summer, so we need two classes to get all their goodness in a jar! It’s a water bath technique once more for tomato sauces, salsas, and other delicious recipes.

The Tomatoes Redux workshop is part of our Summer in a Jar series of canning events. These workshops are put on in partnership with the following organizations:  Slow Food Utah, SLC Downtown Farmers Market, Harmons City Creek
