Judith Ann Deegan lived in Chicago before moving to Salt Lake City in 1998. She is is a tonal realist landscape and portrait painter at home with oils, watercolor, and ceramics. She studied two years at the Chicago Art Academy and four years with Utah artist Earl Jones.
