Meri DeCaria is a painter in acrylic on paper, active in Ogden and Salt Lake. She studied at the Pratt School of Design in New York City, the Art Institute of Philadelphia, and the American College in London where she received a BFA degree. She is currently the Director/Curator at Phillips Gallery in Salt Lake City.
