The Quilt

Salt Lake City artist Jane Carlston Staplin earned a degree in psychology at the University of Utah in 1974 and went on to attend Mills College in Oakland, where she studied under noted art critic Alfred Frankenstein. She returned to Salt Lake in 1981 and taught at the Youth Arts Academy in the 1990s.
