Located in the heart of Salt Lake’s Central 9th District, the Spy Hop Rooftop offers a modern space to create inspired, memorable events. Whether you envision an intimate or expansive experience, this above-the-horizon venue was built by our community, for our community, to create anything imaginable.
As a branch of Spy Hop, the Rooftop serves as a contemporary venue for events large and small, it also raises critical funds needed to support the organization’s positive-youth development programs throughout the state of Utah.

COVID-19 UPDATES & INFORMATION
Our Response to COVID-19:
Due to COVID-19 the following guidelines have been put in place for the foreseeable future:
- Social Distance: Capacity for the Spy Hop Rooftop is limited in compliance with Salt Lake City guidelines. Tables and chairs are required to be 6 ft. apart to maintain a safe distance.
- Masked Venue: All guests, staff and vendors are required to wear a mask while in the Spy Hop Rooftop. Masks can be removed only if seated to eat or drink.
- Sanitation & PPE: The Spy Hop Rooftop will provide sanitation stations at every event in order to keep guests, staff and vendors safe. Running at all times will be a Viruserve fogging machine to keep the space sanitized. The Spy Hop Rooftop will also have extra face coverings available if needed.
- Temperature: Guests, staff and vendors will need to have their temperature checked when entering the building.
- Entrance/Exit: Access to the Spy Hop Rooftop is limited to the marked entrance and the load in/out area. Access to the Spy Hop side of the building is prohibited to guests and vendors.
- Guests, staff and vendors should not enter the building if they currently have or have experienced symptoms in the past 14 days. Symptoms include but are not limited to; fever, cough, shortness of breath, muscle soreness or change in taste and/or smell.
- Cleaning: After each event, the Spy Hop Rooftop will be cleaned and sanitized by a third party company. The cost for this cleaning service will be included in the rental of the space.
- Cancellation: If circumstances due to Covid-19 force an event to be cancelled, guests will be able to reschedule for no additional fee as long as the new date is within 12 months of the original date.
